Following the successful migration to new domain – DesigningWeb.org, it now got a face-lift with a nice header and blue-colored theme …designed by my favorite graphic expert :

If you’re looking for the best graphic designer who don’t cost a bomb, I’d highly recommend LogoNerds. Their pricing is simply unbeatable given the high quality of work that they deliver. Two thumbs up!

WebmasteringTips.com has now migrated to the new domain name – DesigningWeb.org.
Now, migrating WordPress blog from one server to another, with the same domain name, is rather common – all you need is to backup the Home directory and mySQL database in your old cPanel and restore them in your new server’s cPanel.
What I would like to cover here is how to migrate WordPress to new domain name, in this case, under the same server.
Similarly, you backup the Home directory and mySQL in your old cPanel and restore them in your new server cPanel. No big fuss here.
But wait, check out those permalinks and link reference – they are still with the old domain name. These are the extra steps to ensure a full migration :
1. Edit your wp-config.php to include :
define(‘WP_SITEURL’,'http://newdomain.com’);
definte(‘WP_HOME’,'http://newdomain.com’);
2. Install and activate Search and Replace plugin to replace the old domain with the new domain name.
3. Check and confirm your new blog is now all okay … permalinks work?
4. Redirect (301) your old domain to the new one in the old cPanel.
That’s it! Piece of cake

From time to time, there will be a mega ClickBank product launch. This time round, it’s the Google Sniper.
I’ve checked it out and the very reason you’re reading this now on my blog is that I think (I can’t confirm because it will be launched only on 15th October) it will work!
If you’re like me who have bought and tried so many programs, memberships and info-products, you’ll somehow develop a foresight to judge whether the next new product will work or not.
Again, I couldn’t 100% confirm Google Sniper will really be the “holy grail” (reminder : it is not launched yet). But from the hints given by the owner himself in the free training videos, I know (and is already using) the methods are fail-proof!
My view? This is one product you cannot afford to miss (powered by 6th sense). Stay tuned till 15th Oct.
