Royalty Free Music For Video

I’m playing with Camtasia lately to record some how-to videos which I’ll be sharing with all of you here. For those who are not familiar with Camtasia, it is one of the best screen-recording software which produce excellent video clips, just like those you see on YouTube.

Well, there is one thing lack after I’ve done those video – a Flash introduction. Oops, Flash!? Unless, you’ve burned some brain cells to learn Flash, it may be difficult to produce a decent good Flash intro. Even if there is no Flash intro, at least there must be some audio or background music which enhance the quality of your video productions.

If you need some royalty free music for video productions, here’s an excellent resource – click here. Just note that although the music are free to use, if you do use them in your videos or websites, you’ll have to give credits to the creators. So go ahead and create some videos with simple music bang intro.

Image Quality Is Poor In Flash SWF

Have you experienced that the image you have imported to the Flash stage may looks okay but the moment you play the movie in SWF, the image or picture quality is poor and distorted?

That is the problem I have encountered when I tried to import the logo image into the Flash header for my ClusterWebHost.com. There are 2 methods you can use to avoid deterioration of the image quality in SWF movie.

1.  Always resize the image to the actual size you want it to appear in the Flash stage using your graphic editor like Photoshop. Do not resize the image in Flash stage – this will result in poor quality image in SWF movie.

2. Import the image or picture to the Library, insert the image to the stage and set the image properties to “lossless”.

The logo will appear nice and crisp in the Flash SWF header then.
